Booking a meeting

In some cases, you may see the need to book a meeting with the case owner - for instance in order to:

  • quickly discuss business critical issues

  • share your screen with the case owner

  • efficiently work towards a resolution of a complex issue or provide/request complex information

  • provide background information that is difficult to be explained in written form

To book a meeting with the case owner:

  • navigate to the case

  • click on the Book a Meeting button located in the top right corner

  • in the modal, click on the Book a meeting button

  • in the form, fill in the Reason for the meeting and your Phone number; your First name, Last name and e-mail address should be prefilled

  • in the calendar, select the date and time slot that works for you

  • click Finish to finalize the booking

As confirmation for your booking, you will receive an e-mail with a Google Meet link to join the meeting at the requested time and date. Any third party attendees are free to join the call using the same link.

Keep in mind The meeting you book with the case owner may not resolve your issue right away. You may have to give the case owner more time after the meeting to further investigate your case.
